By filling in and submitting the data, I give my voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data to the Integra Foundation, located at: Dobšinského 14, 811 05 Bratislava, info@integra.sk (hereinafter "Foundation") as the controller to the extent of the completed personal data of name, surname and e-mail address, for the purpose of sending information about news and activities related to the activities of the Foundation, in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 C. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, and with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council no. 2016/679. This consent is valid for the duration of the purpose of processing the personal data. I acknowledge that I have legal rights, in particular the right to rectification, erasure, blocking of personal data, the right to information about the processing of my personal data and the right to the transfer of personal data. This personal data is processed on the basis of my voluntary consent and I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the date of delivery of such a withdrawal. Without consent, the sending of the aforementioned information by the Foundation would not be possible. I can exercise my rights through the contact details of the Foundation stated above. The option to revoke the consent can also be found in every e-mail message from the Foundation. I also have the right to defend myself if I suspect unauthorized processing of my personal data.
